Reservations and cancellations

For the time being the reservation rule applies exclusively to newspapers and magazines of de Persgroep Advertising . Cancellations must be made in writing at all times. Reservations may be cancelled without charge as long as the final cancellation date is observed. Cancellations made after the cancellation date are subject to cancellation costs equal to 50% of the publication costs. In situations of force majeur, management’s decision will be final.

Advertising conditions

Advertising assignments are agreed upon and performed in accordance with the General Advertising Terms and Conditions of de Persgroep Nederland’s newspapers, registered in the Commercial Register of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 33123541, as well as the Advertising Regulations 2000 (Regelen voor het Advertentiewezen 2000), registered with the Registrar of the District Courts and the Chambers of Commerce in the Netherlands, Amsterdam Commercial Register, under number 33260094.
